- Billing and service provisioning via FOSSBilling
- Web development and technical consulting services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate and complete account information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- All actions performed under your account are your responsibility.
- Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.
4. Billing, Payments & Renewals
- Services are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
- Recurring services renew automatically.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
Billing, invoices, and renewals are managed through FOSSBilling.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You may not use our services to:
- Host or distribute illegal content
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
6. Shared Hosting Usage
- Shared hosting resources are subject to fair usage limits.
- Excessive CPU, memory, storage, or bandwidth usage may lead to throttling or suspension.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free shared hosting services.
7. Web Development Services
- Project scope, pricing, and timelines must be agreed in writing.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and requirements.
- Delays caused by client inaction are not our responsibility.
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
8. Data & Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of all data and content you host.
- You grant us a limited right to store and process your data solely to provide services.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.
9. Backups & Data Responsibility
- Backups may be provided as a convenience, not a guarantee.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups.
- We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or third-party actions.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payments are overdue
- Your activities pose security or operational risks
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
Termination does not remove your obligation to pay outstanding fees.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the previous three (3) months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vendor Networking Services from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Content you host or distribute
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on https://hosting.vendor.ng. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in Lagos State.

3. Hosting & Electronic Communications Compliance
- We comply with Nigerian laws governing electronic transactions and communications.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement.
- We do not proactively monitor hosted content except for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
4. Intellectual Property Compliance
- We respect intellectual property rights.
- Content infringing copyrights or trademarks may be removed upon valid notice.
- Repeated infringement may result in account termination.
5. Record Keeping
- Financial records are retained in line with Nigerian tax and accounting laws.
- System logs may be retained for security, audit, and compliance purposes.
